Exactly what I wanted - cutlery and knife accessories
The thing about ceramic knives is that they can get brittle so I'm guessing the manufacturers don't recommend washing them in the dishwasher. I can testify that it is true. I hacked a few, but too few to mention. I prefer ceramic knives for their shaving properties. I bought this set of steak knives to have enough spares because I use them all the time for cooking not steak and they were inexpensive. I'm just sorry they insist on providing custom sheaths. I don't use them, but throwing them away is problematic. I only received this set a few days ago and so far so good, but if I run into any problems I will let you know.
