knives are great knives. The only complaint and disappointment I have. The chef's knife is said to be 16.5 inches long, when in fact it's only 13 inches long. To safely cut a large cabbage in half, I still have to use my 30-year-old worn-out 16.5-inch knife. I complained to customer service about the misrepresentation and they sent me a new kit free of charge. Unfortunately, the spare chef's knife is also only 13 inches long. Thank you for trying to make me happy Revain Customer Service!
