So smooth when using a flat iron.
I love that it can be straightened and curled so smoothly without tugging. It works fantastic. And the steam helps lock in moisture which makes my hair feel so soft which is a plus. I gave it 4 stars because the straightener had a few small scratches on the plate that made it look like it had been used, but overall its performance is great.
