Excellent support from MEASUREMAN. Although a special tool may be required to remove a depressed pointer, changing the scale dial isn't too difficult. The difficulty lies in recalibrating when reinstalling the dial hand. In my case, I first used a pressure regulator to apply half the pressure scale to two gauges simultaneously. I later repeated the same exercise to adjust the dial needle to point halfway through the pressure scale when reinstalling. As an added benefit, it became clear that two MEASUREMAN gauges would provide the correct reading. the diameter of the hook rings and cut out a clean circle from photo paper. I printed an interchangeable scale on photographic paper using Adobe Illustrator. In hindsight it would have been easier to make the markings with a CAD program like AutoCAD. The cast aluminum circle cutter makes cutting the circle predictable and easy once you have the right diameter. Tried a cheaper plastic cutter but it produced a wobbly cut no matter how carefully used on heavyweight glossy photo paper. I recommend this MEASUREMAN sensor for accuracy, fitting, technical support and at a fair price!
