This system is great for candidates who have been vetted by other agencies or are awaiting verification results in order not show up as "verified" under their reference checker list! The ability allows them an accurate representation if they do NOT wish others (like employers) access this info online until after it's verified/approved - which has benefits beyond just being honest!! Some people will find that having multiple references from different sources makes sense so I can't pick out one thing but overall its easy enough going along without knowing how many things need added because we want more than 4 items per person. Just don;t let go when adding new ones unless necessary otherwise there could be issues down the road. ! I like that it is easy for me as an end user (and my team) when we receive resumes or other documents through our email system - because those come automatically in via CVV's verification feature! When there are delays between sending out invitations/requests etc., this can be very time consuming / frustrating!! It would definitely helpful if notifications could include how many days have passed since last activity was detected by VCI software?
