Type of review

This system is great for candidates who have been vetted by other agencies or are awaiting verification results in order not show up as "verified" under their reference checker list! The ability allows them an accurate representation if they do NOT wish others (like employers) access this info online until after it's verified/approved - which has benefits beyond just being honest!! Some people will find that having multiple references from different sources makes sense so I can't pick out one…

Overall Great Product with Excellent Features

I like that it is user friendly & easy for my employees to use! It also has a very nice feature where they can create their own reports which helps me out greatly as well when analyzing data/reports in relation to candidates who have been hired through our system so far. None really but if anything its just standard business practices you would expect within any HR software & or recruiting tools. Its great I highly recommend this product overall because we are able to provide better service…

Excellent Customer Service and Reporting Tool

The customer service is second to none! I have never had an issue or question that they could not answer in real time for me over email/phone call. We use their services as part of our recruitment processes - it's always been seamless. They are also very good about keeping us up to date via regular emails so we know what they're doing when there aren't any calls / meetings etc going on. It would be great if they offered more training options (such as webinars) but this isn't something which…
