Bought this specifically for the sole purpose of tightening my water pump bolts which requires 11 ft-lbs or 132 in-lbs. This water pump is attached to the engine block. So I have complete confidence in this torque wrench. I set the torque and started tightening the bolts, as I tightened I expected a click, it tightens more and more, the only thing I felt shortly after was the THREAD removal. My heart sank as the bolts now spin free and free. Coolant will now leak from the screws and gasket. The $200 repair is now a $2435 repair. Ruined my day right?
