So I bought this for my soul to tighten the transmission oil pan on my car after changing the filter. I have the settings correct but when I tighten it doesn't click and I've tried 17 screws and no click. I just started tightening them by feel as the wrench wasn't working properly.

Bought this specifically for the sole purpose of tightening my water pump bolts which requires 11 ft-lbs or 132 in-lbs. This water pump is attached to the engine block.
