Avoid at All Costs Best in Power & Hand Tools

Mine just doesn't work. Worse, when I contacted the Amazon seller, I got NO RESPONSE. It's been a while but I think I contacted the manufacturer directly and got no response. I have never been disappointed by an instrument in my life. Til today. I adjusted the torque, twisted and twisted, got no response, and broke the composite shaft on the Beretta A400. I played with a wrench in a vise and sometimes it worked, and sometimes I moved the workbench and nothing worked. That makes no sense. He reported all of this. . . Grilling.
