Ideal for Mazda 3 hatchback 2004. Installation is very simple, watch the video on YouTube. The old valve seems to have been heat shrinked on and loosened with a lighter. Used a lighter to put it on a new one. Of course, as long as it does its job, time will tell how long it lasts, so I'll update if anything changes. We had multiple codes, so we replaced that purge valve and a new gas cap. The codes were 0441,0442,0455,2187 and 2404. The codes are no longer displayed.
