Solved my error code problem.

This fixed my error code and my car runs smoother now. That works great. I tried replacing the gas cap and another sensor but the check engine light was still on. Replacing this part solved the problem.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Dear

Mazda 2.3 Evaporator Part

I ordered this to see if it would solve the problem of my cars not starting well. It seemed to help a little, but I didn't change the entire hose assembly. You can tell the old part needs to be replaced because you can't blow it out without powering the part. the quality seems OE.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Can't say enough good things about this part

Took my 2006 Mazda to the dealer for rough idle. Replaced engine mounts, $1,500. It still had a rough idle, the dealer said the car was old (78,000 miles). I looked on YouTube, they advised me to replace the purge valve. Installation of 15 minutes works like new. Trust car dealerships at your own risk, especially after the warranty period has expired. First, look for the symptoms on YouTube.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Modernity

Fits perfectly and corresponds to my original.

So far, so good. For anyone wondering, I just put this 911-701 on my 2005 Mazda 3i with the 2.0 liter engine and automatic transmission. Fits perfectly. Revane says this part doesn't fit my car and fits 911-700 instead. The part on this page is the exact same valve minus the plastic tube (which appears to be gold plated latin making it more valuable than the valve itself) and fits perfectly. Also, my latin pipe is fine so why change them. still happy

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Almost never

The check engine light went out, possibly with a new gas cap.

Ideal for Mazda 3 hatchback 2004. Installation is very simple, watch the video on YouTube. The old valve seems to have been heat shrinked on and loosened with a lighter. Used a lighter to put it on a new one. Of course, as long as it does its job, time will tell how long it lasts, so I'll update if anything changes. We had multiple codes, so we replaced that purge valve and a new gas cap. The codes were 0441,0442,0455,2187 and 2404. The codes are no longer displayed. The perfect fitting gas cap

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Fits Mazda 3 2006

I wasn't sure if this part would fit my 2006 model but from the pictures it looks like the same connector. The only difference from my model year is that only one hose has a clip and the other side appears permanently attached (no clip). It's not that, it's just a very tight PVC tube that needs a little wiggling and twisting to get it loose. Of course you need to remove all of this for this to happen. Good luck for the rest. The only complaint so far is that the rubber holder came new out of…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Fits

Solved Mazda 6 code P0455 and having trouble starting after refueling

I have a 2005 Mazda 6. Behold it gave trouble code P0455 (large EVAP system leak). After much research online, I determined that the EVAP purge valve was probably the culprit. This part was an exact replacement for my flush valve. Removing the existing valve was a bit fiddly - it has 3 hoses attached to it and is difficult to access on the passenger side next to the bulkhead. I was able to do it myself with some effort. After removing the old part I was able to blow it out which proved it was…

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
