Smaller than I thought but I really like how small it is. This small pan is very light and well made. I bought this pan for hiking and the weight and size of this item definitely fits the bill. I'm not sure how this pan will handle a real fire (the instructions warn against overheating and only use on low heat or flame), but I'll still test them on high heat to see if they hang there stays because I need this little frying pan to fry fish. Overall I really like this product, it came quickly and in excellent condition. I'll let you know if anything happens to it while you're using it. *Update* August 28, 2015 - I set this pan on fire and it works. The pan looked burnt on the bottom but it was actually just soot rubbed off perfectly!
