It works great with all my power tools even my 1/2 inch punch in 120F Arizona Phoenix weather. It's legal. It's so cool, turn off the light, turn the horn on and off. The LCD screen is amazing, tells you something about your battery, I have a second battery in my truck so I can start it when my truck is off for hours, and it tells me when I need to start the truck to power it up to charge, I also have 2 alternators so I have enough power to quickly charge the 2nd. Just a good product, it's heavy and made of aluminium. I tried this rough Ampeak or whatever, it was 1/2 pound plastic. Terrible foot. That thing is so cool! Under my back seat of a Chevy Suburban. Make sure you have a good ground so the output voltage is good.
