Excellent medium weight paper for learning, with caution
I find this paper to be a good place to start if I want to learn the art of engraving and watercoloring as it can take a long time to prepare the paper the fibers is processed. break and it's not so expensive that you worry about wasting it. It has a smoother side like cold pressed paper and a textured side. My "cons" in this review are (1) the pink lavender shade was unexpected and made whites look more complex, and (2) intense absorbency and somewhat uneven moisture absorption. However, I am thankful for the decent quality mid-range paper to learn from!
