The customer support team is very responsive, fast to respond and always willing to help when needed! They have helped us with several questions that we had regarding our account over time. I recommend them for any of your needs as they are top notch in every way. Nothing at this point but all good things from my experience so far with THRIVA (and their awesome customer service). We cannot say enough about how much we love working with THRIVA. Their team has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout each step of our engagement. From onboarding through implementation & ongoing management services we have not encountered anything negative thus far.
