Review on Boska Holland 307063 Cheese Slicer by Beth Finlinson

It cuts nice thin slices of cheese, much thinner than I can get with wire cutters and sturdier than a sharp knife. It doesn't work so well with hard cheeses, but then it shouldn't. This is definitely better than having to deal with the constantly disconnecting wires from the plastic cheese knives that are available at my local grocery store. The metal on the sides of the blade feels like it's thin enough to flex one day, but I've been using it almost every day for a few months and it hasn't flexed yet, nor do I expect to now. . Stainless steel is easy to clean.
