Significant money savings. The original bracket on my Volvo was welded on and then rusted. The Volvo dealer said the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced. But this part works like a charm and I installed it myself. Note: There are two such parts for Volvo. They can be similar but different. The part number ending in "6” is the frontmost part next to the muffler/exhaust pipe connection on FWD Volvos. I believe the part number ending in '5' is used in the rear exhaust or can be used in a 4WD version of the Volvo.
