Plastic piece digs into my child's head and hurts

I can't find a way to contact the seller. I am not sure if we received a defective helmet, but one side has a plastic piece that sticks out, while the other side doesn't, and the back plastic and sharp piece digs into my child's head, making it extremely uncomfortable and she won't wear it. I wish I could reach the seller to see if they can send me a replacement?
