I was skeptical about ordering this machine at fist, but the whole vibration plate concept came high recommended by a friend. I chose this model because it was one of the more reasonably priced options, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money and be disappointed. So far, I love it! Its a simple concept, the plate vibrates and shakes your body, forcing you to use stabilizing muscles that you don’t typically use which provides unexpected results. Simply standing or sitting alone can be effective, but it comes with resistance bands plus I have a few of my own if you want to mix it up and add some additional challenge. The machine itself is slightly padded on the platform and the base is reinforced with rubber feet that suction the machine in place which supports safety. The cord detaches from the base and the plate is small enough to store in a closet, under furniture and out of the way when not in use.
