I'm 5'7" with a 32" waist. I ordered L. It's an inch taller at the waist, but it's not noticeable. HOWEVER, you can see through this material, especially the yellow. So I recommend buying a pair of overalls that you can wear under your cycling shorts. The material was light and cool against my skin, so it's quite comfortable for indoor and outdoor activities. This color is eye-catching, random men and women gave me a lot of compliments, so I think it was a great purchase. I will buy another color. Hope this review helped.
