I know most cotton products come from India or China and yes a few reviews have mentioned how fluffy and fragile they are but what a WASTE of MONEY and WORSE. Imagine how much loose cotton and lint it takes to ruin a washing machine? Now I can say - it takes about 1/4 of these rugs. They stank so bad right out of the box that I put them in the car on delicate with warm water for just 3 minutes with very slight shaking and then two minutes later the car stopped. It took a long time to collect all the cotton balls, threads, skeins, pieces and in the end I threw away the rest. That's $33 in the trash. Not my idea of a decent product. There are many hotel supply companies on the internet. I ordered replacement mats that are 20% polyester and 80% cotton. I was penalized when my shopping cart on this site prompted me to ask if I wanted the same ones I bought four years ago! I didn't buy my originals from Revain at all. No wonder. Hotels don't buy sheets that fall apart.
