This product has a poor design. I liked the simplicity of the design and I need something like this to install rear brakes on my bike. Just NOT exactly like this product. The distance between the attachment point and the cable entry point is too small. The brake cable must pass over, under, or around the head of the bolt or nut at the attachment point and then straightened to enter the hole. But the brake cable jacket just doesn't bend. Especially if you mount that little center line of thing to the back of the seat yoke. I tried every configuration I could think of. There is no joy. I suppose you could feel the sleeve of the brake cable with pliers or something to fit the damn thing. But that wouldn't be ideal for your brakes.
