I bought this when I was just starting to ride a road bike but wasn't sure about the road yet. At first I just worked out on my exercise bike with clipless pedals, but when I decided to go outside and wasn't confident enough to ride without falling or falling, I attracted these bad boys. They are easy to insert but difficult to remove. The easiest way to remove it is to insert an Allen key, go through the hole on the side and pry it out like you're loosening it while driving. The build quality was good and it really helped me a lot
