Review on Enhance Your Audio Experience with Audio-Technica VM520EB Dual Moving Magnet Elliptical Bonded Stereo Turntable Cartridge in Striking Purple by Nick Ross

I chose the VM520EB after trying (and disappointing) the VM540ML. In the end everything was checked. Very detailed and accurate but not penetrating at all (unlike the 540ML)! Pleasant bass, high frequencies, attention to detail. Excellent directional stability and with good pressure, no noticeable hiss. I've compared it to the previous model, the AT100E, and it's noticeably better in every way, although the AT100E is very smooth and a great operator. I switched the stylus from AT520EB to AT100E and it worked very well with the AT100E cartridge. I prefer VM520EB Ortofon 2M Blue and Red and AT-VM95EN.
