Ease of use. The interface is very easy to navigate and understand for first time users. There are many options available with this software that can be used as needed by all parties involved in moorings operations. It's also great when you have multiple companies working together and want to share information easily between them without having to send emails back and forth or wait until someone gets off work/breaks at lunchtime etc. I would say they could make it look more professional but other than that there isn't much to dislike about this product. We've been able to keep track of our boats while away from the office, we're able to see what jobs need to get done before leaving for vacation and we have been able to communicate effectively with customers who own vessels moored near us so their needs aren't overlooked.
