This does the the trick and keep the litter on the mat which I really like . however here is the problem I have with my cat . since there is cat litter in the mat my cat has decided he thinks that’s the cat box from time to time and has peed on it, and this has happened a few time . I had to get rid of the mat unfortunately. I try to clean the mat as much as possible so this does not happen but sometimes I’m not home and it can’t be cleaned after every use .
