The NVR is good and has many options for cameras and the system itself, the startup is very slow. Haven't tried night vision yet, but it doesn't matter as this is an overview for an NVR. Tech support is not in America and I've called 5 times and each time it's been an Indian guy with a terrible mic and a heavy accent. They respond quickly but they are very bad at the job I give them and I find out before they do and I'm just guessing about the applications. Better tech support and less fan noise on fast startup would give 5/5 stars.
