First, the size chart may be accurate for small Asian feet, but certainly not for westerners. I'm a size 11 and although the ankle boots fit my leg, they were very tight at the ankles. And here lies the REAL problem. The zipper is NOT zippered at the bottom (unlike a zipper on jeans, for example) - so CONNECTING and then zipping is incredibly frustrating. For example, 5 minutes per foot is frustrating. And again because the upper is so tight around the ankles that you have to pull hard to close it. Guess what happened when I did a hard stretch the other morning - maybe the fifth time I've used them? Yes, the lightning broke. Over a week ago I wrote to RockBros asking if there was a way to fix the flash. They didn't even bother to answer. This is the SECOND small product I've bought from RockBros and the second time they didn't endorse the product. Avoid these guys like the plague they are.
