Tightening these things usually sucks when you pull the flap through the two parts of the seat and pull the straps under the seat to hook the flap. but someone got smarter and ended up making a valve with foam rubber noodles that just slips into the seat and is held in place by tension. Then a simple strap around the back and bottom and you're done. The fabric isn't very thick so I don't have high hopes for its durability. But it's velvety soft, which can be a downside if it attracts and holds onto a lot of dust and dirt.
