If you have a motorhome with tanks this is a must have. This device easily attaches to the van dump valve with hoses attached to the other end. I attach it so that the water inlet is facing up. Without the use of a water inlet, this valve makes it easy to see when the tank is no longer emptying. However, connect a hose to the inlet valve and you can use this device to flush tanks. I have a built in black water flush in my RV, but I have found that this unit cleans in combination with a black water flush. Using both is the double win you need to empty BOTH tanks. Before the advent of this device, I was not able to flush the gray water tank. I can't imagine driving a campervan without this valve and highly recommend it.
