I accidentally bought one of these cameras to add to my existing system which already had several Reolink cameras. I didn't pay attention to this when purchasing and was just looking for a 4MP dome camera to match my existing cameras. After more than a day of frustration with not being able to connect to this camera, I finally found out it was a completely different camera after trying to update the firmware. Apparently the 4MP version of the RLC-420 is no longer available and they are now sold as this "D400" model. I returned this camera and ordered the 5MP RLC-420 instead, which works perfectly.
