good luck with them at all. The only downside I would say has always bugged these cards is the lack of firmware updates or driver support. I've had two of these cards for different machines for 8 months now and haven't seen a new driver release or enhanced functionality from the manufacturer. I'm not one to update a driver just like that, but there are some downsides, and while 64-bit is supported, it seems to have some serious downsides. Also, it is signed with an expired certificate and the Windows driver is not digitally signed by Microsoft, which can cause some issues on 64-bit systems. The cable can easily detach from the card, resulting in damage to the RAID drives or loss of data on individual drives. The speed of this card is very good and the drivers for Windows XP and Linux are very good. Drivers are also available for MAC, FreeBSD and Open Source while the RAID manager is only available for Windows, Linux and FreeBSD.
