Good product, would have liked more support

good luck with them at all. The only downside I would say has always bugged these cards is the lack of firmware updates or driver support. I've had two of these cards for different machines for 8 months now and haven't seen a new driver release or enhanced functionality from the manufacturer. I'm not one to update a driver just like that, but there are some downsides, and while 64-bit is supported, it seems to have some serious downsides. Worst Support Ever

This company cannot support their products. If you need support, forget it. Idiom "dealing with"). Web support is a joke. Telephone support is not available. Basically, if you need help, you won't get it.
