I bought 24ft G40 solar lights. The item description says you can string them together, and even the instructions say you can remove the "end plug" and insert the next string. However, there is no end cap on this particular model. I assume they have the same descriptions and instructions for several different models despite some differences. Despite this, I find that they work very well and look good. The lighting is "soft" as described and exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to hang up and use. The only other complaint I have is that the length is a little misleading as they count 5 feet (I haven't actually measured it so that's an estimate) to the first bulb. I have calculated that I need 3 strings to surround the fire pit, which is exactly 72 feet, which means three 24 foot strings should be just about enough. However, as you can see from my picture, I clearly need one more line. The long cable is convenient, giving you more flexibility when installing your solar panels. You have to read customer reviews to find out which ones you can actually do it with. I've read several Revain Q&As where people said they can do it but didn't specify the model type. I will be buying a 4th string to complete my campfire setting as they look and work really well.
