This product only got 2 stars because it doesn't fit me. The strap itself is thick which means you don't have to tighten it, moderate pressure is enough which was a huge benefit for me as my current strap is thin which affects my circulation. This belt is also made of neoprene, I think it's great when you start sweating. I have a problem with him in the second photo. I use it for dynamic sports (boxing) and constant arm movements. I've tried tightening it and playing with pressure but the metal buckle keeps twisting sideways which actually hurts at this point. I feel like there is a very small round buckle that would solve my problems. I'll probably go to Home Depot to find something to change it. It's up to the user's discretion, if you want to spend $40 on a product that you may need to make changes to, but if you have a sport where you can tie it to your non-playing hand, that's essentially yourself less moved I think it will work perfectly that way. Otherwise, the quality is quite pleasant and comfortable. My only issue is still the buckle turning sideways.
