This is at best a cute birthday present for a kid celebrating a birthday. These are by no means premium or quality wheels and the bearings weren't tight in the wheel. Also, the bearings and/or wheels were very noisy and made a hissing noise after a day. Also due to the fact that the bearings weren't securely fastened in the wheel, they didn't seem the safest. If you're looking for LED wheels, try Santa Cruz wheels (which are probably hard to find these days) or another brand. Also, I've tried replacing the bearing on one and it didn't work out easily (although it doesn't sit securely there and wobbles?) the wheel spins. In short they were disappointing and I didn't find them to be of high quality and would only recommend them as a cute baby trick. but you really better buy quality wheels from a famous skateboard brand.
