You really need to make sure you use shims and are snug enough on your trucks. I find the tighter they are the lighter they are but the less they want to roll due to over tightened bearings. While I understand your frustration that the packaging was damaged in transit, you shouldn't rate the entire product on that basis. If you install these wheels properly, they will be amazing. I got them about a month ago, I've been using them continuously for about 2.5 weeks. These are great wheels for outdoor activities and are very light. I have used them on my inline skates and they have worked fantastic. This is at best a cute birthday present for a kid celebrating a birthday. These are by no means premium or quality wheels and the bearings weren't tight in the wheel. First of all I would like to say that I never bother with these reviews but I really tried to help the company when in doubt. Bought these for my 15 year old daughter's longboard, installed them and she loves them. Time flies and 1 wheel out of 4 stops working.
