First of all I would like to say that I never bother with these reviews but I really tried to help the company when in doubt. Bought these for my 15 year old daughter's longboard, installed them and she loves them. Time flies and 1 wheel out of 4 stops working. I'll go ahead and see if there's a quick fix or fix for this...tighten and then slowly loosen, like in the other previously posted questions. It didn't fix the problem and now my daughter has learned to love it and be proud that it's now just a cheap, tasteless, broken thing with an unofficial guarantee. We tried to contact their company two ways using email addresses based on their website and Revain you know what...NO RESPONSE. I think that means we bought something after the return date with no support or satisfaction. In summary they look cool, "appeared" to be good quality, have higher ratings but if you want to donate money for a set of wheels that will eventually stop working after a very short period of travel then keep them in your cart and much luck. The **** UPDATE *** company is finally back and sending another set of wheels to support the product. To do this, you need to use the right email channels. +1 star for the last sequel
