The cup is hard and sticky
There have been instances where this lock takes me 4-5 minutes to set the toggle switches to the selected combination. The wheels (numbers) stick and move with difficulty. Also, the fasteners used to pick the lock are difficult to manipulate as they also stick. I carried pliers on my bike in case I needed to cut and free a lock or wire if it was permanently stuck.
