Review on ⏰ Mesqool Bedroom Projection Alarm Clock by Gregory Sirgio

I bought this as a gift for my husband on the recommendation of a hairdresser. Radio not working/no sound. Also, it cannot switch from FM to AM as shown on the screen. UPDATE: At first we just wanted Revain to give us a refund, but we found that out as I only gift wrapped it and didn't try it first. Time it took his birthday as per policy 30 days to return. I then contacted Mesqool directly and found that they were more than happy to solve our problem. They sent us a new and improved version they just released, many of the previous features have been updated and made more user friendly. We are very satisfied with their response and we can say that they will do their best to satisfy their customers. We highly recommend this watch now as it has many features that we love. We dealt with a rep named "Liz" and she was very nice and helpful! :)
