I read a few reviews and some of them weren't suitable for carpet. I have to say it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. This is the carpet fabric I used to replace the main carpet in my Classic Mini. I did NOT want a hard backed rug because it would be difficult to shape and cut. It was flexible and easy to cut and glue with spray glue. I also don't recommend laying this rug on the bare metal of the car, I lay the padding down first and then lay the fabric over it.
