I read negative reviews and hoped they were too critical. I wanted to use it to print mailing labels that I could copy and paste from my phone. Of course, it's easier to write the address yourself. The software for this is so complex that it takes so long before you can even enter an address. There are many bugs in the product. It's very easy to print a label that prints beyond the edges of the label. But the worst part is that every time I print a label it just keeps working. The first few times it was random amounts like 3 1/2 extra labels, 5 extra labels. After that I don't think it will ever stop, I would turn it off to stop it. Then I patiently rolled everything back up and fitted it exactly to the space between the labels so that I only lost one label. When I turn it on, it just spits them out. I strongly advise you not to buy this.
