OFF 15 DEGREES in flesh

I wish it would work fine but it doesn't. It's minus 15 degrees. I used it in my smoker to smoke chicken and I overcooked the chicken. I double checked with my original 2 year old digital thermometer which is always correct and each of the 4 thermometers were 15 degrees off. Today I fried a small pork tenderloin. I set it to 165 as I said, but I also had my original digital device on standby (the latter I can't leave while cooking). So when I heard the alarm sound, I used my orig. the digital next to the Thermo Pro and my original showed 150 while the Thermo Pro showed 165. So I had to set the Thermo Pro to 180 and when it went off the alarm I used my original digital again and it showed 165 and my roast was ready. I really liked the idea of being able to read the tempi while my dish is cooking. Therm Pro suggested this to me, but it didn't match the true pace. I like the alarm when the temperature reaches the temperature I set. This gives me the certainty that my dish will be perfectly prepared. What I expected was a really good thermometer because I did my research and Therm Pro is supposed to make really good thermometers. It took me a month to use it and it's my fault. Next time I buy a cooking thermometer I will use it right away. Because now it's only half a * thermometer I have to adjust accordingly, which I didn't pay for. I am extremely disappointed.
