The tool is designed to help us automate our marketing processes, as well as giving insights into how people are interacting with content we produce. We can also use it to schedule outbound campaigns to customers. One of the most useful features for me personally is being able to create segments (based on criteria I define) without having to rely on an email alias or other workaround. It's been very easy to set up so that my team has access to what they need when needed. There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about this product. Some minor quirks here and there but nothing serious enough to give feedback. Automate our marketing process by creating automated segmented lists from data pulled directly off of Salesforce. This allows us to target specific groups within our customer base with tailored messages using automation tools like Mailchimp.
