Nice glass jug and pours well. It was only used to store tap water in the refrigerator, water did not drip on the lid; and I never poured boiling water into it lest the water condense on the inside of the wooden lid. In less than 2 months of use, black mold started growing on the lid. The form cannot be emptied/deleted. I have contacted the supplier twice to request a replacement cap or an alternative but have received no response.
