Healthy choice and functionality

This jug is beautiful, easy to clean, fits in the fridge (either on the door or on the shelves) and has easy-to-clean lids, easy to grip and pour, the lid easy to pour can be rotated to pour one by hand, not too heavy. Use for: milk, water, fruit juice, iced tea, iced coffee. And I've found I drink more water when they're in my office and living room, thanks! will buy more.

PERFECT PITCHER - Crockery & Serving

After using this pitcher all summer long it is still in perfect condition after you pour boiling water into it to make sweet tea. Then add ice cubes after 5 minutes of brewing tea bags. Extreme temperatures and/or temperature changes did not affect the transparency of the glass in any way. The design is just beautiful. Now I want bigger size so our cute tea will last more than one day in our house!

Mold on wooden lid in less than 60 days

Nice glass jug and pours well. It was only used to store tap water in the refrigerator, water did not drip on the lid; and I never poured boiling water into it lest the water condense on the inside of the wooden lid. In less than 2 months of use, black mold started growing on the lid. The form cannot be emptied/deleted. I have contacted the supplier twice to request a replacement cap or an alternative but have received no response.

Beautiful jug, reconsider the wooden lid

I love the look and feel of this product. I bought two, one for water and one for iced coffee. They are the perfect size for me. I like the look of the wooden lid which is tight and doesn't move when pouring. After two months of normal use and hand washing, I was disappointed to find that one of the lids had developed an excessive amount of mold in the gap holding the rubber strap. I tried different methods to clean it but the only way to remove it was with bleach. As you can see the lid is now

and I only realized it after I drank the water and it tasted really bad! When I told the seller what happened

I used it as a water jug for every day. After just using water in it the wooden lid got mouldy, black mold and I didn't notice it until after I drank the water and it tasted really bad! When I told the seller what happened, they said they would send me a stainless steel cap instead. I emailed on January 30th and received another cover just 2 weeks later. Also the new stainless steel lid is not very suitable. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase but it's too late now to get a full refund. It
