Review on Burstek LogAnalyzer by Alex Ferry

It has all of our dashboards, so we can see everything at once very easily. The reports are good as well. I don't like how you have to manually delete them after they've been used since it doesn't seem to give any option for this! Sometimes when running large jobs (like full backups) there seems to be problems with some commands not being processed quickly enough or something along those lines. Make sure your system administrator knows about these issues as you may need to get help. We use it primarily just to look over what was done during a backup job. I like how easy it is to use, the support is great when you need help. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product. It works well for what we needed to see. The ability to send out alerts if certain conditions are met would be nice! I have seen other products in my line of work that do this but they are more expensive. I am solving the problem of seeing who is accessing our website so I can make changes that will improve their experience.
