I like how it has many features, but also simple enough to be used by beginners who are just starting out with their own website or blog. It has all of our dashboards, so we can see everything at once very easily. The reports are good as well. I don't like how you have to manually delete them after they've been used since it doesn't seem to give any option for this! Sometimes when running large jobs (like full backups) there seems to be problems with some commands not being processed quickly enough or something along those lines.
