4.75 stars for style

Pens. you are doing great work We are a licensed adult facility therefore every outside door and bedroom must have an accessible lockable exit. These doorknobs seem a lot harder to find than they were a few years ago. Not just because of the pandemic and sold out, but because retailers just aren't selling." "Nothing to do with the actual doorknob, maybe communicating with the seller" "I'm giving 4.75 stars for the style as three of our exterior doors are completely door glass sick come with mold around the glass on the inside of the door.As these handles face back towards the door the handle hits the ledge which is currently preventing the handle from turning and on a door we don't use regularly the lock will not come out probably not really turning on and off because if so.On the other two doors with that molding, the handle has a small notch, not quite a notch, carved into the molding and it's smooth now, and the lock was smooth after three months I am only saying this because this manufacturer/seller sells this style grip which is a straight bar but I would not use a barrier free locking mechanism. We have the seller closed Contacted before we ordered the single handle and asked if they have a straight lever instead of a curved one. So we didn't find any barrier from the version. The manufacturer/seller referred us to this list. Although it was very clear from the questions and feedback that it is not an accessible version. upset. I suspect it was more of a communication issue and our inability to find an accessible version. What if they have this and the others we've seen in accessible and straight into accessible, then chances are they have straight into accessible. Especially considering that 2/3 years ago when we were originally supposed to do this, straight level knobs were the only style we could find that wasn't a regular round knob. Nothing with a pen. I think communication with the seller. But maybe it was just luck on our side and the direct level really failed. they can be recoded. We recently moved and got new handles as a result. Ordered a batch of 8 and then 1 more later. We thought we would have to take them and change keys as we have 6 exterior doors and one bedroom that needs to match the front door. Our batch of 8 included 6 with the same keys and 2 more with the same keys. So all the outside doors and the bedroom can be in the same place, and a room with an outside door (two separate doors). It's generally luck. Then a lock was the third key because only one person entered the last bedroom. Absolute luck. No key change! Can't say the same for latches (4) or screen doors (3 look like storm doors). We're still working on things that don't add up right now. The salespeople knocked over a whole box of house keys, 14 different door keys. Happy times.
