The locking mechanism broke after about a month of normal use. Not repairable. Spend a few bucks more to get one that will last.

No kidding, the worst product I have ever bought. The quality was ok but the instructions didn't make sense and was full of spelling mistakes. I spent too much time getting the POS to work but it didn't work. DO NOT BUY!

This handle is worth the money, the grip is phenomenal. This is the perfect grip if you have back pain like me as your hands won't slip off when opening/closing the door which caused me a lot of pain. I had our tech install the handle to make sure it was installed properly.
